Dr Elizabeth Gallagher

Dr Gallagher is a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist and has been working in private practice in Deakin since 2002. She looks after women during their pregnancies and for their deliveries, and also look after women with gynaecological issues.
Her obstetric practice is based around The Calvary John James Hospital located in Deakin. She is also a Visiting Medical Officer (specialist) at The Canberra Hospital, so she is able to continue to look after her patients if they or their babies reuire the specialist care only available at a tertiary hospital. She shares weekend calls with a number of other ostetricans, who are able to look after patients both at Calvary John James and The Canberra Hospitals.

Dr Adham, a specialist obstetrician and gynaecologist, is best known to his patients for his friendly, down to earth, practical approach. He combines compassion and respect with the highest quality holistic care.
Dr Adham is also an advanced laparoscopic surgeon, skilled in treating endometriosis and prolapse with modern, minimally invasive surgery. He is passionate about giving his patients current treatment options and empowering them with knowledge and peach of mind.

Dr Payman has a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from the University of Queensland. She then moved to Sydney where she completed her Paediatric Specialist Training through the Sydney Children's Hospital Network. She settled in Canberra in 2010 and has worked in the Canberra Paediatric Unit and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. She has over 20 years of experience in comprehensive assessments and management of paediatric medical issues but has a particular interest in the gastrointestinal system.
She is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (Paediatric).

Dr Meredith Sissons

Dr Meredith Sissons is a paediatrician who specialises in developmental paediatrics. She has clinical expertise in working with children and adolescents where there are concerns about learning, development and behaviour.
Having grown up in Canberra, Meredith has returned to provide a specialist paediatric developmental service for local families. She completed her undergraduate medical degree at Flinders University in South Australia in 1997 and then paediatric training through the Sydney Children’s Hospital Network.

Marita is a highly experienced pelvic floor physiotherapist who has worked in Canberra since 1996. She has over 30 years experience as a physiotherapist. For the last 15 years she has been providing specialised physiotherapy treating women
with pelvic floor dysfunction. She is passionate about educating women about the importance of good pelvic health throughout all the life stages. She provides patient-centred quality care to women with a focus on education to enable her patients to
regain confidence to lead an active life. Marita has a strong background in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and is
experienced in treating pregnancy-related pelvic girdle pain, lower back pain and sacroiliac joint instability.
Marita has a postgraduate certificate in Pelvic Floor Rehabilitation from the University of Melbourne. She completed her Bachelor of Physiotherapy in 1994 and a Bachelor of Applied Science in 1989.
